WOOF! magazine gets an inside look at schnauzer stars’ wedding!

EXCLUSIVE: Award-winning Raw Dog Food CED (Chief Executive Dog) Poppy, of Poppy’s Picnic, marries Garry in a stunning Wiltshire ceremony with their furry friends by their side.

The couple invited WOOF! magazine along to chronicle their beautiful big day and here, they exclusively tell us all about the most emotional moments of the day, alongside adorable snaps from the Wiltshire ceremony.

Poppy rose to fame with her Award-winning Raw dog food company, Poppy’s Picnic, and now the schnauzer star has married Garry, Anti squirrel/defence coordinator, in a stunning countryside garden, with her four-legged friends to celebrate. 

Although it’s hard to believe from the idyllic venue and intricate details, Poppy and Gary organised their wedding in just six weeks. Poppy, 11, and Gary, 3, invited a muttitude of celebrity guests including Collie Eilish, Tom Chews, Kate Mutt, and David Grrretta. 

Looking gorgeous Poppy walked down the aisle in a classic Charlotte’s Canine Couture bandana and she was also joined by her two bridesmaids, Katie and Slipper, in matching pink collars. Garry waited at the altar for his gorgeous bride in a fetching Poppy’s Picnic bowtie, paying tribute to his wonderful new wife’s company. 

How did you feel when you saw Poppy for the first time, Garry?

Garry: wooof woof woooof 

What do you say to people when they ask about the age gap, Poppy?

Poppy: grrrr woof woooof  WOOF 

A paw-ssionate and touching speech was made by Dylan, before the puptials, looking back at all their wonderful times together chasing squirrels and sharing their favourite Lamb Power Balls. The pair then exchanged collars, Garry’s a forest green and Poppy’s a dusky pink, before being declared Dog & Dog together and showered by the guests with Super Sprinkles confetti. 

Following the ceremony, guests tucked into water-infused by carrot blossom while mingling in the sun-dappled gardens, before wolfing down a three-course wedding breakfast consisting of a Tasty Broth Cocktail, Power Balls coated in Fishy Super Sprinkles, and a Canine Cleaner for dessert. Hooman guests were also treated to delicious pupcakes topped with pink icing and a three-tiered wedding cake with muttzipan dogs of course. Guests were also treated to an impressive gift bag filled with treats, pawfect for furry friends. 

As the evening came to a close the newlyweds drove away in their little car ready for their honeymoon in Somerset.
