Because our food is delivered frozen, there may be times when extreme weather conditions make it difficult to maintain the high standards we expect throughout the delivery journey, especially in hot DPD vans. During periods of unusually high temperatures - or other severe weather events like heavy snow - we may temporarily pause dispatches to protect the quality, safety and integrity of our products.

While this can occasionally result in a short delay, we believe it's the most responsible approach. We'd much rather hold an order for a little longer than risk it arriving in anything less than perfect condition.

The welfare of your pets and the quality of the food they receive will always come first. Thank you for your patience and understanding whenever these measures are necessary.
