We only believe in high welfare farming and use free-range chicken and turkey in all of our recipes.

NB: Free-range means something else during periods of DEFRA-imposed restrictions on poultry farming (usually in the winter months) to protect chickens and turkeys against bird flu. When this happens farmers are required by law to house their flocks in barns and this still qualifies as free range.
